^ Pretty close. In the picture the external construction elevator is still present and that would need to come down and the windows put in place.

I didn't realize there was going to be a waterfall fronting Central Boulevard as part of this project. I drove by today and it looks fantastic. The landscaping is very lush also.

There is a Japanese gaming company called gumi in Metrotower III, but they cannot be more than a dozen people.

According to the Metrotower website, gumi is in Metrotower II, I don't know if they keep the site up to date or not, however.
