That's one of my favourite projects in Europe.
Classy design, no fake height added.

Beautiful tower! One thing always bugs me about the height’s like these - I for one am all about quality of design and like Fabb said no fake height added but...303 meters is equal to 994.09 feet. I don't understand why they wouldn't make and additional 6 ft to put it over the magical 1,000 ft barrier. I know it makes no difference to the Architect and that it won’t improve the buildings quality…. but really, only 6 ft!

I guess I can respect the designer for wanting to make a statement that their building is beautifully proportioned and purposely designed it to be 996 ft.

Either way I like the design. Moscow sure is doing well.

This seems like Dubai, but less tacky and classier. A business district built overnight.

For Russians it probably means "us" for all intents and purposes. They've never been too sure whether they wanted to be considered European or Asian. Kind of a fairweather thing.

Anyway, yeah, this project rocks. I didn't realize that it was already started though.
One question though : Is this actually going up in the IBC or is it somewhere else ?

Eurasia mean Europe/Asia, since east of the Ural mountains is considered Asia. Technically most of Russia is in Asia.

These latest Moscow towers all have really nice atrium features. That multistory one looks good.
And while the tower is nothing revolutionary, it's a nice clean, strong design.
