Signage now up for BMO on new building fronting Oxford St at the Wonderland and Oxford plaza. Just west of the new Starbucks building that opened last year.

Crane going up today behind the Loblaws near Southdale and Wonderland (Southeast corner). It is Westmount Estates 4 by Tricar, so I think a cookie cutter Tricar building like the others.

I like the increased density and infill. What I am less fond of is the cookie cutter designs of Tricar, and Drewlo.

Same building, over and over and over again.

posted for exaggeration, to make a point

The new townhouses at 307 Fanshawe Park Road East (east of Hastings Drive) by Royal Premier Homes now have a name - The Masonville 42s. They will be rental units.

Westdel Developments has now demolished the house immediately to the west of the old gas bar at NW corner of Westdell Bourne and Oxford St. The old gas bar shed has also been cleared out.

Still unclear whether Wendy's will be the anchor tenant but new plan no longer shows a gas station as part of it.

Never heard anywhere else than your prior post that Wendy's wasn't part of it, so I'm assuming it still is, or they would have removed it from their site. I heard it mentioned at a council meeting last fall, as I posted previously on one of these threads, that the gas station was removed, but nothing else.

New road has been built off Huron St heading north for the new Huron Industrial park. This is between Clarke and VMP. Also site prep is now underway on the parcel of land at the SE corner of Huron and VMP. Not sure who might be looking at building in these new industrial parks.

Ground floor walls and footings are now poured out front of the Home Hardware store at the 5 corners intersection on Glendon and Vanneck Rds. Looks like the most easterly building will have a second floor. May be an office or bank. No signage I could see of possible tenants yet.

The Pizza Hut at Huron and Highbury that had the fire has been demolished leaving the remaining plaza standing. Given their current business model I suspect the sit down restaurant will not be rebuilt if it is rebuilt at all.

Pizza Hut will be moving into the newer plaza at Highbury and Kilally.

From what I heard, it will be for take-out and delivery only, no dine-in, so I think you are right about that.

Looks like Construction permits and values have slowed down in London so far this year compared to last year.

Looks like the first model homes are now being built in Sunningdale Commons phase 3. These are on the west side of Wonderland Rd north of Fanshawe Rd. MCR Homes appear to be the main builder.

Nobody has collated one as far as I know, but all the ones under construction are pretty regularly updated on the threads on this page.

There's Westmount Estates 4. There's too many threads and posts to scroll. Hopefully there aren't too many missing from the SSP database with 18 cranes and only 7 towers listed as under construction.

Structural steel for another industrial building is now going up west of the Dr Oekter pizza factory. Not sure what business this new building is for.
