I've seen those Mississauga towers on car commercials already.

Mississauga is a long word, how do you spell it?

Never liked the Pinnacle Towers, but they are darn tall and decent density fillers by the train tracks/Gardiner. Overall they are tolerable. Oh well, we're on to the next one...

I can't stand the vertical column type things that run up the corner of the pinnacle towers. If you look at it from one side, it looks like any other nondescript condo, but facing that corner it becomes a monstrosity in my opinion.

One Year to get down, another Year to get back to ground level.

This one will timeline well with One Bloor, Waterways and Five Condos.

Let's see who gets to the bottom first.

Everyone knows "density filler" is another word for "crap", but to use it to justify the blandness of point towers with views on all sides, surrounded by spacious driveways and podiums, is a bit of a stretch.

^^ 33 Bay is yet another sad reflection of the absence of urban planning at city hall. I'm a libertarian but I think there should be zoning in place with design and quality restrictions.

Burano looks great. People can trash the aA glass condos all they want, but it's still leagues better than the 80-90's concrete precast and crap brick condos/rentals on this stretch of Bay Street. Now that's what I call overdone blandness. Those ugly designs and weak podium street presence are the main reason why the upper Bay canyon is so pathetic. Bit too late to correct those mistakes but we can still work with what we have left and improve the streetscape. These glass towers (also add in U Condos and possibly Cresford's 1000 Bay) will break up the monotonous seas of grey and brown.
