Oh, you don;t need reflections or fancy things. For now just practice. I wanted all that too but my city is just fine without all the renders. There is no secret to make you better at Sketchup, just practice and practice. That's what I did and my city came out fine. Patience is good in Sketchup trust me I know.

See... Just download some cranes from google and put them into your city I you want a tropical feeling then just change the color on some of the buildings into more Miami like colors instead of dark New York like colors

you dont suck, your the youngest kid here, except maybe me. mocholates,like,25? there's only one spot on this forum for people who suck, and I already took it
youve improved Drasticly over the last two weeks.
kerk is a pain if its anything like podium, slow, you gotta reverse the faces, its just not worth it Yet. you can still improve a bit at su alone, cause over this last week youve gotten much, much better.
maybe,if you want, you can do some individual projects to shharpen your skills.
just go search amazing textures again, there's plenty more on there.

I really can't wait for the next stuff from you!

Just get a texture. When you put the textures on the building click "Edit" on the Material/Paint Bucket section. There you will see a color wheel, just move the little square inside the wheel around and you will see the texture change color.

Great job your city is getting bigger every update! Well a great landmark can be a new Tower, a bridge, anything you think fits your city best. I can't have an old landmark for my city because my city is being built from present time to future. You need a history. Try to show shots from the Marina like if you were looking up, it makes the buildings look bigger.

It's nice. Make the antenna a bit thinner, and shorter or make the middle part taller. It should be moved to the waterfront or the Marina where it would get more attention.
