As long as it doesn't halt construction, I'm good lol. Besides, couldn't be worse than how Drumpf has treated the river for the past decade right?

Isn't it same firm at 300 N LaSalle and 150 N Riverside? So I wouldn't be surprised if it had one core.

I don't see why it would have 2? the tower doesn't even take up the entire lot? Recall that the northern part is a public area. The actual mass of the building looks about the same as 150 Riverside which had one core.

You can actually see in some of the renderings where the core is

They're still drilling, don't think there was actually any lost time due to it. Haven't noticed any slowdowns.

Yeah. I'm not sure but it is 25% bigger than 150. I think 300 North LaSalle is a better comparison which had two.

I think we were talking about cores. Did you misread as cores as cranes? 300 N. Lasalle does only have one core.

As for cranes, I could see it going either way. Either just one in the core (150 Riverside, Riverpoint, etc) or one on outside one on the inside (300 N. Lasalle). I think the only place a crane could be on the outside is on the northern side of the site where there is no tower. Becuase the other sides IIRC are right adjacent to the border of the site which of course has river and busy streets neither of which you could cantilever a crane out over like at 150 N. Franklin. Something like that...
