Holy shite, man! The big M's on fire!

In a few years from now, previously obscure street names like Ottawa, Seminare and William will be literally household names.

Glad to see this is so advanced, especially if you consider that I had completely forgotten about this project. We need some sort of special arrangement to neatly list these Griffintown projects, half of them I can't even name or picture in my mind.

I see all of them going up from my office in Le 1000 De la Gauchetière but a map of Griffintown with the location of the different projects would really be helpful to know what is what.

Hmm.. Maybe a Griffintown compilation thread would do the trick?

Hmm.. good idea. We could have 1 thread dedicated to all the District Griffin Projects.

This view will be radically different in about 3 years.

I like it, but I think one of these is enough. We don't need anymore of them.

I would like the rest of the block to be around 7-8 floors tall and be clad in the same red brick as that used for decoration purposes on the base of District Griffin phase 1.

The powerlines in this area make it look like Toronto.

Those power lines need to go. I hope the city is planning to bury them like they should.

I'll also join the "it's surprisingly good" bandwagon. Looks clean and straight forward. The black and yellow brick pattern is very "Montreal".

7/10.
