thanks for posting!

is that small road the main way to the tower? if so they really need to expand it as it looks really small and redesign it so it looks luxurious as it looks a backstreet alley. taiwanese need to think about traffic planning and landscaping, especially an area around luxury housing. otherwise i cant wait to see the finished product!

^ Totally, I saw the rendering and I was like...wow, this is a stunning piece of work. But when you look at the actual pics, it looks very different. The air quality looks very bad, or maybe it's just gloomy and dark like that

an apartment here listed with taiwan sotheby's for $12.4 million:

http://www.sothebysrealty.com/eng/sa...ei-city-tw-251

Every aspect of Ellipse 360, a residential building design by Pei Cobb Freed and Partners Architects, from overall concept to the smallest details, beyond its aesthetic qualities, the highly crafted pristine structural frame and all-glass walls define a simple ellipse internal space, letting nature and light envelop the interior space. This configuration created a feeling of light, openness and freedom of movement, new ideas about the formation of highly sophisticated urban space at ground level. It’s especially interesting and quite extraordinary in this residential building. That’s only one apartment to most of the floors, so when you arrive there, the entire floor is yours. And that means that occupant, or that family, wherever would have a privilege of enjoy the full 360 degree view that the building offer all around.

I went to there and see the real thing. I don't have bold to live there. The housing complex at the front is the most danger zone regard to what I saw. It was built on the small valley and stream is underneath. I found some sign of erosion underneath the concrete structure they built to support entire housing complex.
