There seem to have been something lost in translation here before, since the profile currently has it at 117.5m to the top floor but through Google Earth we see that's exactly the height to the
top of the spire so that's most likely what it meant. The cited twitter profile doesn't exist anymore though.
On the number of floors, the official website says 32 floors and in Google Earth we can count 32 residential + ground floor so 33 total.
