2002 Quebec City Winter Olympic bid book?

I was wondering if anyone knew if the 2002 Winter Olympic Bid Book was available in PDF form somewhere or if anyone generally new the details about the bid such as where the different venues would be located such as Alpine skiing, etc. Thanks!
