I like the sleekness of the base but the balconies just ruin it for me.

Wow from the time they released the rendering to building the sales office is almost a full year. Sales are really slowing down, and that is some serious lag...

I believe this project was on hold for a while. Not sure why. I suspect that they were surveying market conditions.

This one has been rebranded as 87 Peter (formerly Noir Condos).

Demolition has commenced. Reports are that an excavator is on site - shoring will begin shortly.
