We have to wait for foundations before it moves over to construction.

Yes, but the caissons also build the excavation walls, so the pit does not collaspe in on itself, right?

Are they moving the brick house to the other side of the lot? All the renderings and models I have seen show the brick house on the left rather than the right.

Was the red brick house moved because the owners didn't sell but agreed to be moved?
