We have to wait for foundations before it moves over to construction.

They've been shoring for about a month or more by now..

Yes, but the caissons also build the excavation walls, so the pit does not collaspe in on itself, right?

Are they moving the brick house to the other side of the lot? All the renderings and models I have seen show the brick house on the left rather than the right.

You are correct. It will sit next to St. Luke Lane.
