When I zoomed in on the massing page the numbers became blurry, but I think roof height it 338' with 29 floors. Second opinion anyone?

Yes, 338'4" tall with 29 floors plus a mechanical penthouse. Looks promising.

This is really promising. The fact that that block is going to have a sidewalk in the near future makes me happy. If it ends up being a 29 floor skyscraper I'll be even more happy.

Not just a sidewalk, a boardwalk. It's a continuation of the 10th Ave boardwalk that will go from Jamison Park to the Fields.

Why did they change? This is great because Boora's design i thought was great. I am really looking forward to this because even though we didn't see LRS design I doubt it was going to be better than this one.

I really have enjoyed Boora's work especially the Janey which came out great so I feel like this is in good hands.

pleasepleaseplease don't let this one get chopped down.... would be so nice to have a tall point tower in that part of town to punctuate the skyline a bit.

Sounds like there are several other towers in the works nearby, although this one is likely to be the tallest. The North Pearl could end up being a new cluster bookending the skyline like South Waterfront.

That's what I'm waiting for. It seems like every project lately has been chopped down. Even the ARThouse was reduced a floor. It's the city M.O. apparently.

Oops my bad I saw the studio drawings and some reason assumed it was a BOORA project. Well the studio did a very good job with the illustrations with both the Janey and this project so I third that.

Block 15 was presented to PDNA this week to a large crowd and was well received.

The project has a DAR April 4.

I heard the height was around 350 ft with a very small floor plate. This will be one of the tallest thinnest towers when it gets built.
