Hey everyone, thanks for posting these pictures in this thread. After shopping in Southeast False Creek, Mount Pleasant, Burnaby, and Richmond, I have decided on Viceroy in New Westminster.

As much as I would have loved to live closer to the Downtown core, it just wasn't a viable option for me. The price per square foot was just too much! Very excited to see this project go up, not to mention my first Bosa home! Also, I am happy to see that New Westminster is under major development and restructuring, as this will become my new city once this project is completed!

No worries. I hear you - thankfully I won't have to look @ it from my balcony.

Bosa keeps us updated:
Pouring the last footings!

Which Monstrosity? Either side's building is pretty rancid.

The one in the last aerial shot is particularly rancid.

Viceroy email update:

Sales have been brisk at Viceroy and we are thrilled to welcome 5 new families to the Bosa family of homeowners in the month of March so far! Many have told us they decided to own at Viceroy because they are drawn to Bosa quality and features such as Bosch appliances. For some, it was because of the abundance of community parks around New Westminster and its central location. For others, the handsome amenity lounge with private boardroom/meeting space was incredibly enticing. Not to mention the fully-equipped fitness facility and an exclusive landscaped courtyard with reflecting ponds and gardens.

VICEROY CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Last footings were poured today and we are now finishing the decking on P1. What’s next? Work on level 1 will be starting next week!
