What is that weird structure that I’m presuming is on top of the lantern in PHL10 post with Billy Penn on top?

They're aircraft warning lights. During the day they flash white, but at night they flash red

That’s the strangest aircraft warning light system I’ve ever seen.

It will. The spine consists of lighting in between each floor and an observation window on each floor that is lit for the inside at night. With the hotel portion not being finished yet, that portion of the spine won't be brightly lit until then.

Also, question of interest. What will happen to this thread once this building is 100% complete?

Anybody else notice that the base of the model says "CTC Center", Comcast Technology Center Center? Otherwise it looks nice.
