New Mixed Use Skyscraper on Graham Avenue

I just took a look at MADY/Fortress Real developments website, and found some more information on the planned mixed use skyscraper the company is planning on building in downtown Winnipeg. It will be 42 stories, the largest Skyscraper in Winnipeg. Here is the link:

This is shocking news. I'm surprised details about a potential tallest new building in the city hasn't been mentioned before on this message board dedicated to Manitoba construction.
