2009 Buss Report - Calgary

The 2009 Buss Report is available on the Buss Marketing website if anyone is interested. The focus is on Calgary multi family real estate and has some great info on most active projects in the Calgary downtown core.

Calgary clearly does not have enough threads, duh.

Nice to see Arriva 42 with strong sales...reassures me somewhat that it will actually get finished.

Actually considering how quickly things went in the crapper, with few exceptions most of these buildings (at least the ones getting built) have fairly strong sales numbers.

Hey Zee,

Awesome! I especially like the picts including the cover page
Do you happen to still have the 2008 or 2007 report?
I am looking for Vetro, Nova, Chocolate and Arriva 1 and wanted to see how sales did for those buildings. Also including the price per sq. ft during those years.
It would be great, if you can post it or email it.
