Phase 2 of the Horton Roundhouse project has started. The office section is underway. They are still trying to build a 25s residential tower.

I hope they end up getting the bonus and build it 25 story. They have a strong argument considering the city wants redevelop SOHO.

SOHO needs something to kickstart development. The Hospital lands are likely years away from being worked on.

It's more likely Ayerswood/Danford will have started the 195 Dundas tower before the roundhouse tower happens. Drewlo will likely be done their 16s on Talbot. Old Oak will be underway on 515 Richmond and Medallion will be started on the old Vic grounds towers as well.

They have to partner with a high rise developer to have any chance of building anything.

Given the progress with other high rises in the core I suspect this 25s is likely sadly not going to happen now.
