Absolutely gorgeous building. The straight lines of limestone are quite mesmerizing.

I think this one might be my favorite of the complex. I love the stone. I'm going to wait to visit until I make my final decision though.

Such a nice and modern looking building. My only gripe is that I wish it weren't so close to behemoths and was more out on its own, surrounded by smaller buildings, it would stand out more. This would be THE capitol tower of any other city in the US except for NY and Chicago.

yeah me too. since the minute the stone started going on. it really looks clean, bright and classy. i like its neighbor 55 hudson too.

funny before anything was built just via the renders my favorite was the corset. its changes as hy moves forward.

and soon we get to play this game all over again on the western yards.

I wonder if Vessel has heated floors/stairs .... cause shoveling them off would be a nightmare ...

Thats a good question. I wonder if this snapshot or close up would reveal some clues. I see some small pipes or rods underneath the copper, but I wonder what those are for? I couldn't find any schematics showing any sort of heat or HVAC set up.

The nearby garden or landscaping once complete will have an irrigation system, and I think it will be used in conjunction with the vessel to get rid of excess water build up.

I don't imagine it would be much more difficult than cleaning something like this...
