I hope you're joking. These facade-ectomies are a very disturbing trend, IMO. I guess its a discussion for another time so as to not get too far off topic, but I am not a supporter of this type of development at all and I think it sets a really dangerous precedent.

They reached some odd setback that has been slowing down the pace a bit. It's between 27 and 28 floors above the original building's roof-height

^^^ Me too, it should definately make for some interesting texture on those nice fall and spring days we get where AC and Heat are both completely unnecessary...

These windows will just look that much better once the milky dust is cleaned off the insides.

from thursday

crooked

lot of glass

I'm happy with the quality, especially considering how much sky will be reflected (ps the pic is blurry, but you can still see the wavy and continuation qualities of the glass)

Despite Legacy's similarity in color to Citadel and 1SD, it really does have a different texture which definately contributes to the skyline. Progess looks good. It'll be interesting to see how they clad those balconies.

Awesome pic SolarWind....despite the pimpmobile in the foreground.

I love the contrast of the vintage buildings set against a background of modern, glassy ones. The variety of styles is very cool looking.
