so there's not a whole lot of hard info on this one yet, but this is a potential new tower being developed by NML on land they own near their new HQ tower that's currently under construction. the new tower would be mixed-use and would include a large amount of parking for the new office tower, along with residential units above. a forumer over at SSC reported seeing bid drawings that had the mixed-use tower standing a total of 35 floors tall.

at a downtown conference sponsored by the milwaukee business journal today, it was reported that NML will be releasing details about this new tower sometime before the end of this year, so we should hopefully learn more soon. stay tuned.
