Aww comon. Boys will be boys. This guy is the real life Assassins Creed, literally climbing towers. I hope he goes to the top of Vanderbilt once done. Assuming he doesn't fall off any skyscrapers any time soon.

Its just nuts really. Like you guys would know if I tried a maneuver like he did. You'd know because that street would be closed off, as my insides are splattered all over the windows of a nearby Sabarros. The color would be the same as their fake pepperoni.

That's One Intl Plaza (750 Lex) which was developed in the late 80's (Helmut Jahn was architect).

That bldg has a ton of prime retail space, as it's across the street from the Bloomingdales flagship.

Added to what's going on at 220 CPS, and it's clear Stern knows how to get the big fish. He'll design more of these, for sure.

I hope that's the case with the Park Lane hotel. Stern+Central Park address=massive success both aesthetically and economically. 15, 520 and 220 complement park views very well, nearly as well as the old Candelas, Roths, and Warren and Wetmores.
