Damn...I just went to CJAY's website and looked at their playlist for the day.

I will never complain about the stations in Fredericton again.

You guys in Calgary should listen to CJSW sometime. Those college kids spin some good tunes during the daytime.

Yeah, they pick 5 songs from each decade and play them over and over again.

^No, and Sweet Potatoes aren't even potatoes. They're in the same class, and that's where the similarity ends. They're very distantly related.

Remember when I defended Nickelback? This is the beginning of vid vs. Stanz:

My taste in music has greatly improved since, though I still listen to crappy rock music on the radio. (I have sedatephobia and would go insane without something to listen to. Sometimes, CBC is worse....)

One of only 3 stations programmed into my car.
90.9-CJSW, 93.7-CKUA, and 102.1-CBC. I'm a nerd though.

CJSW is either fabulous, or absolutely dreadful. There is no middle ground with those guys which is fine with me! Keeps it interesting.

Why is so much importance placed on being busy? Is it just as important to be still sometimes? Why do we not value the experience, just the result?

I expect answers Molson!

I know Pizza hut Pizones consist of leftover pizza scraps that are not worthy of being put on a pizza anymore, so you can draw your own conclusion about pizza pops.

You know how they claim to leave the baby seal carcasses to rot once they've been pelted..?

So? Icelanders bury sharks until they ferment and then eat it!

They don't have much to work with up there.

I like that there is a slightly crazy little country all by itself in the North Atlantic.

Anyone heard of Moose FM? If you live rural Ontario you know what I am talking about. I was driving once between Haliburton and North Bay where two Moose FM stations overlap and they were both playing the same Nickelback song... at the same time!

Oh yes! Possibly the funniest skit I've ever seen!

Good reference!

Indeed. Consider Newton's first law of motion:
I. Every object in a state of uniform motion tends to remain in that state of motion unless an external force is applied to it.

This could be applied to the condition of being busy. You remain busy until some external force is applied.

For me, that force is often beer. Except for 12oz curls (and the odd pitstop), I tend to remain motionless whilst imbibing beer. And I always enjoy the experience (not any hangover that may result, however).
