The one that still bothers me was the demolition of the old Sports Corner a few years back. Replaced with an ugly replica-ish building, with no added density.

I remember that, I walked out the day after Christmas and the building was just....gone. Poof. They did that with no real notice, it was so odd.
I'm at least glad the replica is a touch better than most new construction they put up as far as detail and street presence. True though it really has no density other than a big open bar for two floors and then a partially enclosed third floor.
That sports store on the corner of Addison and Clark is going to look even more plain, cinder blocked and worthless once everything else is complete on the opposing corners. I hate that building.
