That skyline shot is going to be so much more interesting in 5-10 years. It is going to look completely different both in Midtown and somewhat in Downtown.

One quick addition to that: The rise of 56 Leonard as the peak of the "City Hall SubSkyline" (for lack of a better way to put it) is a game changer from any angle. It will extend Downtown roughly as far north as all of JC gives the impression of doing westward.
@Mod Squad: We really should keep this pic around so that as in-construction/approved buildings are officially added, perhaps one of our brethren PhotoShop wizards can make superimposed additions along the way. It'd be especially nice also to see what the HY Phase I Big 4/Girasole/1HY/447 10th/1-3 ManWest supercluster looks like.
Yes. I am persistent in this regard; but it'd be fun to look at till we can actually see the real thing.

Hay guys! Don't know how many of you have Golf Channel, but 1WTC is getting plenty of airtime in HD. Golf in HD @ Barclay Championship. Building looks beautiful...

You beat me to it - I was just getting on to say something to the same effect! I've been on again/off again with this tower, but I can't deny it looks stunning from the course, especially with the evening light.

I know the original design was terrible. But I think the shape of some of Hudson Yards skyscrapers kind of remind me of the original WTC design.
