I'm sure they could sell a unit attached to another unit to a guy who's wife insists on having her mother live with them :p

So what I labelled there is actually the side of Sobey's then. I'd imagine there will be an entrance there too.

Remote-controlled trap-door in the floor of it.

Way too elaborate. Hook the railings up to 240 volt and give the guy a remote control switch.

That's a weird peachy color for brick.. Hate it!
It's a good thing it's not for the entire Tower and just for the bottom part but still, think it would have looked better with all black bricks. Wonder how this 2-toned brick work will work when finished...

Claridge probably had plenty of surplus brick from the Fusion Condo at LeBreton Flats

Worst colour of brick ever!

It's not this reflective in the renderings.

Better wear shades year round when this thing gets fully clothed. It's much brighter than any photo can show.

It's similar to Domicile's Picadilly and Hom projects. I didn't know it was possible for a new building to look dated as it's being built, but these bricks have achieved just that. Terrible choice of colour.

Not that it would match, but a traditional red brick would have been a better choice.

In other news, I heard Claridge's designer had successful eye surgery today.

Why not go Red Green and make it out of duct tape?

The brick is boring, yes, but that end wall looks nice...

I agree... this is a great looking project (not too keen on the beige brick but the black brick and metal siding make up for it...

Hopefully the area around here develops a bit more as the couple of midrise brick buildings are pretty shaddy...

Would love to get a unit in Tribeca... maybe one day
