My friends are in Bangkok right now, I guess they've been pretty disappointed, I'm not sure what exactly it is that they don't like.

Of course they light up at night, it's Asia afterall and they do love their neon lights....and so do I

Bangkok is one of my favorite cities, but it certainly isn't for everybody. Bangkok is an absolutely chaotic, smoggy, smelly, hot and noisy metropolis, there's no doubt about it. New York is like a quiet village compared to it...and that's not an exaggeration. For some people that's too much, others like myself love the contrasts of this city...quiet temples next to 10-lane flyovers, little streetmarkets next to giant shopping malls, traditional boats on the Chao Praya river and tuk-tuks next to Ferraris...

It's a hobby, although quite a few people would call it an addiction in my case

Anyway, I just returned from 3 great days in Copenhagen...so let's go there for today's update.
