That's roof structure being erected. So when do we officially tag this as topped out?

There should be a ceremony when the signed, Christmas tree laden final beam is placed.

It's still not fully topped out, there is still one more partial roof level to go.

You find the best angles Mike. What kind of camera do you use? The picture quality is amazing.

Thanks. It's just a Nikon D40 that I bought back in October of 2007. Just about all of my "overview" shots are from parking garages and I can't believe how many of them don't have elevators. There's nothing like an overweight 55 year-old smoker huffing and puffing up and down the stairs. My nutritionist has been after me to get more exercise and I have to say I did get a lot yesterday. I think I lost 4 whole ounces.

Well very nice pictures and one walks a lot to take such great pictures. It's like a 5 mile walk for me just to take south shore pics and back. Also, my browser crashes every time I click on the image post link above. I found and took some good pics, but don't know how to get around this bug.

Edit: I smoke too, but manage to walk at least 3 miles a day to clear my mind. It's like therapy for me and I feel like shit if I don't walk much. According to my Ihealth at least.

Yes! Great pics, Mike! I think this is going to be one of those buildings where it doesn't look like much through most of its construction phase, and then BAM it looks awesome once done. I'm really pumped about it.

And guys, get yourselves a bicycle. They're so much fun and good for your health, and it makes taking photos a breeze.

Seaholm is up to floor 27, so it won't be too long before that crane will be coming down.

I think we could probably relabel this one to T/O considering progress on the roof

The website claims a May 22 T/O ceremony. I'm not sure if it took place or not.

Isn't that the "porch" below that roof? If so, the views from up there are going to be really good. I love the light coming off the water under the bridges. That should be a pretty good vantage point to watch the construction in the Rainey Street area.

And it'd be public space, so all of you talented photographers can frequent it for free.
