^Yeah started going up this week. A 6th level essentially. I believe it is for some roof-top greenhouse / research facility.

From the Architectural drawings it looks like the steel is actually just for a 'Mechanical Penthouse'. The roof of it will be a greenroof.

There will be an outdoor accessible terrace area / 'Research Laboratory' above the 5th level on areas not covered by the Mech Penthouse.

I believe the white house is a duplex or fourplex and is still occupied. It was listed for sale a few months back but I don't see it on realtor.ca

Maybe it finally sold.

No, it's a solid wall between them. But they have a shared parking ramp.

Panels installed on the North side and starting to be installed on the West side. Building looks massive from the North.. has the same presence as a hockey arena.
