Clairmont Heights, near Grande Prairie, Alberta

Quite the ambitious project for a small town just north of Grande Prairie. It will have new retail space, commercial space, 2 schools, church space and planning for a town of 20,000+ over the next couple of decades.

There is one building that was built in the last couple of years, it seems really out of place but now that I can see the plans for what they want to do it fits in with the area. This is a building for seniors, it is literally sticking out like a sore thumb in the middle of nothing, kind of a weird site

a render, it opened spring 2017

Clairmont as it looks now - the new seniors building was built to the left of this picture
