They’ve set up that same subway entrance on Bay Street in Toronto too. It must get used a lot.

It gets worse - to access this entrance you have to break through concrete!

(and I have seen the same prop used on Yonge Street, ironically on top of the Yonge Street subway)

They are going full steam ahead on Warehouse 1885, very busy worksite. Great to see.

It's awesome to see some longstanding neglected buildings finally being addressed, like that one or the Fortune Block. I'd love to see the Peck Building next up on the list... someday.

Another building I would like to see receive new windows and an exterior cleaning is the Goodwill Building on Princess.

Hmm I’d be very surprised if that was it. I work across the street and go to Parlour almost every day, haven’t seen a shred of a sign of any construction there.

Side note, there’s been lots of work going on in the second and third floors of McKim building. A law office moved in, but definitely didn’t take all the space.

It’s above the Hillary Druxman space. A tiny room in the back of the building on an upper floor.

^Nice, thanks. A lot of the upper floors of these big old buildings are empty or very underutilized. Good to see progress on filling them in.

Another law firm will be moving into that building next month.
