Somewhat rarely photographed: Grafton Street, Halifax at night. Argyle and Grafton have the greatest concentration of nightlife spots in the city and are mixed streets where pedestrians get priority. The Midtown Tavern, green signs on the right, has been around since 1949, although it moved into that location about a decade ago.

Meat Cove, NS, which I assume does not have much in the way of nightlife.

Im surprised that Wendy's at Cambie/Broadway is still there! You think that'd be one of the first buildings to be redevloped with midrise infill.

Yes, it's surrounded by redevelopment but it's also an unusually shaped block. It would probably have to be combined with the corner site at Cambie/Broadway but there is an alley between them and it might need to be closed and reconfigured. Also, Wendy's has a very busy drive-through and they just renovated about a year ago. Drive-throughs are no longer allowed in Vancouver so Wendy's might like to hold on as long as possible with its grandfathered in setup.

Here are some links to some previous discussion about it in the Vancouver forum:

The Christmas Market in Stratford this afternoon. Bustling? Jovial? Cheery? Not really, no. Vienna, this ain't.

And none of the teenaged girls wanted to sit on my lap when I offered to play Santa. Sad!

You should have nipped over to Kitchener last week for the Christkindl Market - apparently the turnout was estimated at 40,000 people over the four days.
