Charlie Palmer rendering .. Charlie Palmer is to begin construction in 2012 possibly on hold till 2014 .

Parcel F in symphony park is a mixed use building with store front shops . This project will have 300 units . construction is to begin in 2012 . This is the only residential building not being built by Newland Communities who over see the living party of symphony park. The city of Las Vegas is required to build this project .

Construction is scheduled to begin during
fall 2011 on a new 58,909-square-foot building that
will house regional offices for the U.S. Immigration and
Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. The building will
feature five stories of Class A office space and a 158-space
parking garage. ICE’s 150 employees, previously working
in Henderson, Nev, will relocate to the new facility when
it opens. The project is being developed by SDA Inc.,
which purchased the land for this development from the
Redevelopment Agency.

pldidio, thanks so much! I was waiting for updates on those two buildings and I'm glad they came out great. Especially that stone building, came out amazing!

Vegas is starting to have a legit urban center with these ambitious downtown projects, plus the whole tech company cluster thing being driven by the Zappos guy.

Donald W. Reynolds Discovery Center building is also turning out great . im glad to see this in the new downtown . its a great learning center for our children !
