From Rico in the Calgary construction thread. I love the sleek angle on that first image. To think it's a little over halfway up, tells me that angle will be money

You guys in Chicago are pertty lucky too. Trump tower, 300 north LaSalle, Aqua, to name a few. With any luck the Spire and Waterview will get on track again.

is the south side going to have a solid glass wall with the steel beams behind it are will be the same as the NW & NE sides

The south side will have the same diagrid criss-crossing the glass as the other sides.

I know it will be 60 tall with 58 interior floors. is what I ment.thank's for the info on the south side. it was a rumor I heard.

I just noticed a rendering on page 1 the top section looks to be 4 floors and the diagrid is offset from the rest is that just a mistake take a look at and get back to me

The aerodynamics rendering? It appears to be an error (the diagrid). The top section is only four floors, thanks to two double height mechanical floors, but you won't be able to tell that from the outside, and probably not even the inside.

The aerodynamics rendering doesn't seem to be intended as an accurate rendering of the building, mostly a shape model.
