This location seems fairly logical with the new building up and running nearly across the street at the bottom of Pinehill (civic 7), and new buildings just down and across on the old Baxter greenhouse properties (300 block).

Will dig into it more but nice to see what appears to be realistic parking options planned, its too bad egress wouldnt line up with the Pinehill intersection.

Seems a bit funny to remove one of the newer (newest?) strip malls but its not like it will be missed, and the green buffer is better than I expected along the river. However, height and distance from Sackville Drive will likely be a challenge...

I like it, but please tell me Im not the only one that sees the traffic study formatting like that!
