Great photos, that must be near wrapping up now. I suspect this crane will be used on top of Scotia Square.

^They've swapped the crane out for a more traditional one. The building is nowhere near complete.

Also in Sackville;

- Marchand Homes have started on their two 50-unit buildings at 110-1132 Sackville Drive (at Millwood).

- Excavation is starting at 341 Sackville Drive. It's a four building development.

Not that I can find.

The land is subdivided into four multi-unit sized parcels with civics 341,351,361,363 Sackville Drive. There is a development-only permit submission from October 2023. No specifics listed for unit count, floors, ect.

Pretty good chance it'll look similar to Baxter Suites next door. Two buildings fronting on Sackville Drive with a lane climbing the hill to the two flag lots.

Grade Alteration permit has been issued for 100 Arkle Lane.

Grade Alteration permit submitted for 63 Walker Avenue to allow "for construction for new Shannex Culinary Centre".

Development-Only Permit submitted for 398 Beaver Bank Road to allow for a 76-unit building.

Building Permit submitted for 361 Sackville Drive for 5-storeys and 65-units. This is building one of the "341 Sackville Drive" project that started construction this month.

No photo due to the rain but I noticed 100 Arkle Lane has a crane up.

Middle Sackville

Any news on what is happening with approvals/permits/timing for a development on Larrigan Dr., Middle Sackville? Last Nov. the province announced it was giving the land to Millwood Developments.

Hmmmmmm? A 1970's Soviet theme park? If nothing else, they do look resilient.

Construction Management Plan - 1108-1132 Sackville Drive

Rendering included for Marchand Homes' newest project in Millwood. It's a Sackville special.

Staff is recommending approval of a 6-storey residential building at 1562 Sackville Drive, Middle Sackville (next to Margeson Drive).

Beaver Bank Pharmacy will be building a new location at 235 Beaver Bank Road (south of Windgate).
