New development agreement application by JHAL Ltd (Lawen family owned) for a 14-storey mixed-use building at 247 Main Street. This is at Kuhn Drive and directly across from NSCC Akerley. There will be two ground floor commercial units. The main entrance and underground parking will both be accessed off of Kuhn Drive. Full renderings and more at Halifax Planning;

Thank you, I hadn't seen the update yet, and had meant to grab a pic of the site over the weekend. I didn't have time to pull into the school to snap a pic, but hopefully can this week. I'm excited for this one.
