No, its beside the distillery, it replaces the distillery parking lot.

PJ condos, 44 floors, peter and John streets.I thought this was dead, it was rezoned 3 years ago and we haven't heard anything about it since.

It looks like a little generic. But, honestly, any new development on the east side is good news.

Nice to see the ventilation actually integrated into the design.

^ I think it looks kind of funky and different. Was there a previous iteration that was better?

Ah, yes, the original Alaska Condos was much more striking. Though it reminds me of a cantilevered 3-story office building plopped on top of a serving of Baked Alaska. Hence the name.
