With new transit hub/LRT line and the existing subway plus all these tall buildings its only a matter of time before Yonge and Eligible (Eglinton) becomes a downtown unto itself.

Can you imagine when they start restoring the heritage buildings on the northern section of Downtown Yonge. We got lucky here.
