I think this building will fit in better on Yonge street, than the previous design.

i'm not familiar with toronto, so i can't agree or disagree.

think this design would fit in almost anywhere personally, sticking out in the middle of nowhere or contained within the core.

The Rendering is a little too good to be true.

Here is some BA construction pictures for the skyscraper crew.

New project: The Milan Residences ... www.milanresidences.ca

Its on the Canadian Tire Yorkville lands. Should add to the panche of the 18 Yorkville Tower which has recently been completed down the street. Also the 4 Season Yorkville wille be closeby at Bay and Yorkville. So the area is getting some kind of sexy makeover.

Minto Yonge and Eglinton. This is the smaller tower. I believe only 40 stories. The tower going up next to it will rise 54 floors and 525 feet.

The warm weather is very good news and some condo projects are going ahead at full steam due to the spring like weather.

I like the square. You may not like the bland style, however considering its location its quite good.

Sorry,
those towers are just plain ugly and have not even a hint of a redeeming feature. Were they lifted from some early 80s design? Please don't tell me some current architect actually proposed such utter crap. -ice

Save some of those white lines for me!
jk

But yeah, I'd trend to agree w/neilioo.
Those buildings would be a definite improvement up in the NYCC.

Especially when you compare it to that shit on the north east corner there.

Yeah this is North York Centre, not Yonge and Bloor. It will be the best building on the block when its done.

Now that I think about it, the buildings at Yonge and Bloor are just straight out nasty
