St. Thomas Consolidated Courthouse | ? | ? | U/C

One of the biggest projects in St. Thomas in the last century, costing over $100 million. It's a consolidated courthouse, expanding onto the current courthouse, while redoing the current structure (keeping the historical and architectural integrity in place).

In the last month they put a fence around the property (the block of Wellington/Stanley/Gladstone/Metcalfe). They have demolished some secondary structures built over the years, and are preparing construction of the addition.

I believe the project is to be completed in 2014.

I will update you guys when I know more, along with photos if I can.
