I didn't make it. All I did was post the video here since it was pertaining to the subject. But I agree with you,the song isn't something I would listen I didn't realized it was the case until I turned up the volume.

^Most of the ones for Tower 2 were already posted at full rez throughout the website. This one, however, is new. It's the section diagram of the current design.

What guess? We know how tall it's going to be: 1,349 feet.

I know we have the official numbers already, I just wanted you to make sure the 1,429' number doesn't pop up accidentally when using that diagram.

Why would it? There's never been a 1,429 figure. This really isn't new info. It's just the long-missing cutaway version of the exterior orthographics that have been on the site for years now. It's more of a curiosity, and honestly, it's pretty cool to look at.

This is applicable to the whole WTC site but, and it seems more likely they stay Downtown since these are all well U/C. Article gives a pretty good summary on the leasing details at the WFC as well.

Vacancies only temporary

Steve Cuozzo

"Speaking of Downtown, Citibank plans to leave behind 111 Wall St. and is searching for 600,000 square feet elsewhere to replace it, sources said -- either Downtown or in New Jersey...

The bank occupies most of the 950,000-square-foot building under a long-term ground lease that expires in 2017, sources said.

“They want a more modern building,” an insider said..."

I assume that was for the first design version, unveiled in 2006 and replaced by the current design in 2007.

It looks like there's a lot of occupied space underneath the whole complex. That's pretty cool; it's a city that goes down underground as much as it goes up (and it looks like there's a lot more space down there than just for a museum and subway station).

What is going to be the use for that space?

Retail mostly.

That's fascinating. This is trite...but the idea of a space where you can do so much underground without ever seeing the surface reminds me of Zion in The Matrix.

That's the World Trade Center, though this version will have a lot of the retail above ground. But the idea of the underground city goes even further in this version with connections to Battery Park City on the west, and the Fulton Street Transit Center to the east. The Port Authority still controlls the retail portions of the towers.
