the Philz Coffee has opened in the low-rise portion of this project...



in this shot looking west you can see the width of the sidewalk on Folsom, which, along with the activated corner, offers a glimpse of what this area is aimed to become

I didn't know they were planning on installing a bioswale at that corner. Is that going to be a common element as they redo the rest of Folsom? We really need more of these around the city considering what happens to our sewer system when it rains.

Agreed. It is a best practice that especially makes sense here, given our combined sewage/drainage system.
