oh man nice pics. Makes me want to return back. Seattle always amazes me with its promising urban development. Always great new stuff going up.

Great Thread. Really showed me the vibe of Seattle neighborhoods. I really want to get to that city one of these days.

Awesome shots! Seattle has definitely been one of my favorite places I have traveled to. The people are great, the city is beautiful, and the hiking nearby is unmatched! The Pacific Northwest is such a great part of America. I can't wait to get back and have a Seattle dog (hot dog with cream cheese and caramelized onions!), and play pinball in one of the many bars!

The tunnel (Post Alley) is under the Pike Place Market. The Market is on a steep hill. Post Alley starts at First & Pike, the Market's most known spot (oddly right at the intersection) slants west a half block, then turns 90 degrees and goes south. At that location it goes under the Market's Main Arcade. There are a couple stairways leading up into the Market.

Turns out you can go through on google maps streetview. They had a crowd that day, staring at the google streetview car.

The wall to the left is the infamous "Gum Wall." Completely gross and a big tourist attraction:
