I don't really know i haven't been there for like 7 year .
like i'm live in sask which is 250k people.. and first time went to Calgary i was shock the skyline def better than our SaiGon but the vibe of downtown is a Big "NO"
imagine i'm going back to Saigon what'll it be like ?

The canal shown in this pic used to be sooooooo nasty - smelled and looked very bad. They spent several years dredging it out and added parkland on both sides. It's much nicer now, though it still doesn't smell like roses, it must be said.

Saskatchewan?!? You're a long way from home. I don't think you could find two different places.

Some projections have HCMC growing to more than 15mm by 2025. That would make this city truly a megacity. Now, if only we could do something about the public transport situation. It's bloody awful!!

Lots of good things happening, though it should be noted that there are also lots of failed projects all around the city - hulking, half-built structures.
