Funny to see that thanks to Vancouver's height restrictions, Onni built the Charleson with a single height lobby not even a couple feet taller than the standard 9 feet, but this average tower in a 2nd-ring suburb gets a double-height lobby.

If it's the height restrictions that led to a single storey lobby on the Charleson, what's the explanation for the 3-storey lobby on the other DIALOG designed similar height rental tower just finished on the same block by Wall?
