I'll be departing for the south tomorrow morning for a week, so this is the last crop until next weekend. But it's a big crop, so hopefully no one will be going through withdrawl.

Aww, I'm already getting withdrawl. You're post wasn't big enough. I hope for your safe return soon.
8 new renders. Some of incremental Fordham improvements. Half are the new Mandarin. The rest are just a collection of all the textured towers with the dead 7 South Dearborn tower in the back.
Glad to be back. I spent my spring break in New Orleans doing charity/rebuilding work. Let's just say my arrangements down there were a bit rustic and I'm glad to have flushing toilets again.
That's a great FS profile. I actually dig the full 360 rotation. I almost wish the floorplates would return to 4 sides by the spire, but that does leave little for the veritical imagination.
This image really shows how many big projects are going on in this area. It's really amazing. A lot of thought must have been put in finding that spot. Way to go STR, keep it coming.
^ Wow. This defiitely puts FS in a totally new perspective.
