A detached retina almost resulted from the double-take I did before posting this.
In a "movies turn real" parallel universe, King Kong would look at this as is right now and soil himself ten pounds lighter.

Based off of this rendering we still have a ways to go with this one. Even the set back hasn't appeared in actual construction yet. If 10 is 900 feet than 30 looks to be around 950 or 975 now. imo
What street are those above pictures looking down?
Glad people are liking that shot! Downburst answered this already, but just to be clear it's looking up Varick Street from deep in Tribeca. HY gives off a very Emerald City-ish vibe when looking up this awesome Manhattan canyon.

Yes, it's right around that 1,000 ft mark. I see the building almost daily,
and it now has that presence. Manhattan West is starting to "feel"
big too.

Yeah, the skyline most often is seen from angles we don't think about.
“Office buildings are our factories – whether for tech, creative or traditional industries we must continue to grow our modern factories to create new jobs,” said United States Senator Chuck Schumer.
Wow - That shot from Tribeca makes it look absolutely huge. Reminds me of old WTC construction photos.
