Based off the blueprints, they are completing floor 83 now. The next floor will be a mechanical floor and take up floors 84 and 85. Then at floor 86 we should begin seeing the observation deck extending from the tower. The deck comprises floors 86-89 completing the occupied floors on this building.

I didn't realize 10 Hudson had an outdoor terrace until the above post.

^I moved away from New York in 2015, and "back then"(lol only 2 years ago) almost every highrise in that picture didn't exist. Incredible

It depends on the height of the ob deck plate, which is where we're almost at.

I noticed that they were going vertical again earlier, but no deck components visible from where I was standing.

Floor 83 was my last count based on blueprints and the obs deck begins at floor 86. From the pics he posted today, it look like they may have started floor 84.
