Tenants are moving in, but not all units are finished. There is still some work left on facade and ground level parking needs to be paved.

This is close to completion. Looks like they're just finishing up work on the ground floor. Are the keeping the parking open? I sure hope not and they put some type of treatment up, because it looks terrible as is.

I wish it were taller than it is.
I would imagine driving into the city not even noticing this building from the Ben Franklin Bridge.

Rest assured, from certain angles, like heading north onto 95 from 676, this building actually makes a dramatic impact.

It is very noticeable driving into the city from the Ben Franklin Bridge. Hits you in the face.

Anyone know if they are planning to leave the concrete columns on the ground level bare or will there be some sort of cladding?
